Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead VC++ Developer to lead the development team in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in VC++, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience in developing Windows and Linux-based applications. Experience in Telecom, VoIP, or SME domains will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the VC++ development team and ensure timely project delivery.
2. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software applications.
3. Allocate tasks, mentor team members, and provide technical guidance.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
5. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
6. Debug complex issues, perform profiling, and optimize application performance.
7. Ensure software quality through proper testing and continuous improvement.
8. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
9. Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Required Technical Skills
1. Strong experience in VC++ development.
2. Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows platforms.
3. Good knowledge of Windows APIs.
4. Strong understanding of MFC (Microsoft Foundation Classes).
5. Experience with COM (Component Object Model).
6. Proficiency in STL (Standard Template Library).
7. Strong knowledge of Multithreading concepts and implementation.
8. Excellent debugging, profiling, and performance tuning skills.
9. Understanding of software design principles and object-oriented programming.

1. Experience leading and mentoring development teams.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
