Required Skills & Experience
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 to 8 years of proven experience specifically in the PEB, Structural Steel, Heavy Fabrication, or Core Building Materials sectors.
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and technically sound PEB Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth in our Pre-Engineered Buildings division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying high-potential commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects, generating quality leads, and establishing strong partnerships with key industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Market Expansion: Identify and tap into new market opportunities for industrial warehouses, factory sheds, cold storages, multi-story steel structures, and infrastructure projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Build, nurture, and maintain strong networks with corporate clients, project consultants, structural engineers, industrial architects, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors.
- Technical Consultations: Meet with prospective clients to understand their structural requirements and confidently present the benefits, cost-efficiencies, and specifications of our PEB solutions over conventional construction.
- Proposal Coordination: Collaborate closely with the internal Design, Estimation, and Engineering teams to prepare competitive technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, active industrial zones, and upcoming corporate infrastructure investments to continuously adapt the sales and marketing strategy.
- Deal Closure: Lead commercial and technical negotiations, manage contract documentation, and ensure seamless transition of finalized projects to the execution team.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
