Role: Sales Manager – Residential Construction

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Geni Homes is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to generate leads, meet prospective customers, conduct site visits, present residential construction solutions, and close construction contracts.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Construction, Real Estate, or B2C Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Basic knowledge of residential construction processes
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits
