About the Role
GSS Learn Hub, powered by Goraksh Shaktidham Sevarth Foundation (GSS), is seeking a highly qualified, self-motivated, and result-oriented Deputy Manager / Academic Operations Manager to lead the academic and operational functions of our coaching institute in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the institute while maintaining high academic standards, operational efficiency, and a student-centric learning environment for students from Classes 4 to 12.
The candidate will work closely with the management team to drive academic excellence, strengthen institutional processes, and contribute to the continued growth of GSS Learn Hub.

- Monday to Saturday
- 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a recognized university (Education, Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred).
- Additional certifications in Educational Leadership, Academic Administration, or School Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in academic administration, coaching institute management, school operations, or educational leadership.
- Experience in managing coaching institutes or CBSE/ICSE schools will be preferred.
- Proven ability to lead academic teams and manage institutional operations efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day academic and administrative operations of GSS Learn Hub.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of classrooms, academic schedules, examinations, and institutional activities.
- Supervise and coordinate faculty members, academic coordinators, counsellors, office staff, and support teams.
- Maintain discipline and create a safe, positive, and student-focused learning environment.
- Monitor teaching quality and ensure adherence to academic standards and institutional policies.
- Guide and mentor faculty members to improve teaching effectiveness and student outcomes.
- Conduct student and parent counseling sessions regarding academic progress, career planning, and performance improvement.
- Plan academic calendars, timetables, examinations, and classroom allocations in coordination with the management.
- Support student admissions, retention initiatives, and academic engagement programs.
- Coordinate with the marketing, admissions, and administrative teams to support institutional growth.
- Prepare operational reports, academic performance reports, and periodic management updates.
- Ensure efficient communication between management, faculty, students, and parents.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve institutional performance.
- Promote a culture of professionalism, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement across the institute.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in managing academic operations for coaching institutes or schools catering to Classes 4–12.
- Strong understanding of CBSE, ICSE, and State Board curriculum and examination systems.
- Demonstrated leadership in faculty management and academic planning.
- Excellent administrative, operational, and organizational capabilities.
- Passion for education, student development, and institutional excellence.
- Ability to lead teams, manage change, and contribute to the long-term growth of the organization.
