Job Title: HR Manager

Role Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all core human resource functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, compliance, and organizational development. This role plays a strategic as well as operational part in building a strong, engaged, and high-performing workforce aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles (technical & non-technical)
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce plans
- Manage recruitment vendors, job portals, and employer branding initiatives
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage employee records, HRMS, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Handle employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exits
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Address employee grievances and conflict resolution
3. Performance Management & Development
- Design and manage performance appraisal cycles
- Support goal setting, KPIs, and performance improvement plans (PIPs)
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs
- Coach managers on people management and leadership practices
4. Compensation, Benefits & Policy Management
- Design and administer compensation structures and benefits programs
- Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and employee handbooks
- Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct
5. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
- Handle audits, inspections, and statutory filings (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.)
- Maintain disciplinary processes and documentation
6. Culture & Organizational Development
- Drive company culture, values, and engagement initiatives
- Support change management and organizational growth initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people strategy
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in HR generalist or HR manager roles
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience working with HRMS and payroll systems
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
