We are seeking an experienced Legal Professional with a strong background in real estate to manage legal matters related to land acquisition, project development, compliance, and documentation. The role requires sound knowledge of property laws, regulatory frameworks, and contract management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end legal due diligence for land acquisition and real estate transactions.
- Review and draft agreements including Sale Deeds, Lease Deeds, Joint Development Agreements (JDAs), MoUs, and Contracts.
- Verify land titles and ensure clear, marketable title for all projects.
- Liaise with government authorities for approvals, registrations, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws such as RERA, land laws, local municipal laws, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Manage litigation matters, coordinate with external legal counsel, and track case progress.
- Provide legal advisory to internal stakeholders on risks and mitigation strategies.
- Support in structuring transactions and resolving legal issues related to ongoing projects.
- Maintain and update legal documentation and records.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of property laws, RERA regulations, and land acquisition processes.
- Experience in handling title due diligence and contract drafting.
- Good understanding of regulatory approvals and liaisoning.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
