BOQ & Quotation Executive
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Job Summary
Watcon International is seeking a BOQ & Quotation Executive responsible for preparing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and quotations for swimming pools, water bodies, fountains, fire features, and associated construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs based on project drawings and client requirements.
- Create detailed quotations and cost estimates.
- Calculate material quantities and pricing.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and project teams.
- Update pricing databases and vendor rates.
- Review tender documents and project specifications.
- Revise quotations as per project changes.
- Maintain quotation and estimation records.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 1–3years of experience in BOQ preparation and estimation.
- Knowledge of construction materials, swimming pools, water features, fountains, fireplaces, and related systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Strong analytical and costing skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
