Job Description
We are hiring Junior Civil Engineers / Site Engineers to join construction and infrastructure projects across multiple locations. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day construction and site supervision.
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and quality standards.
- Support project planning, execution, and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct site inspections for quality and safety compliance.
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Monitor materials, inventory, and site activities.
- Assist with quantity measurements and billing support.
Eligibility
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Fresher to 2 years of experience.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is preferred.
- Willingness to work at project sites.
Required Skills
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge.
- MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and teamwork.
