Senior Associate – Teacher Quality Assurance (BrightChamps)
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Work Schedule: 6 Days/Week
Reports To: Lead – Teacher Quality Assurance
Role Summary
Support teacher quality by auditing online classes, coordinating session reviews, tracking teacher performance, providing constructive feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve teaching standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track live/recorded session audits.
- Audit classes based on teaching quality, engagement, communication, and learning outcomes.
- Provide actionable feedback and conduct teacher performance reviews.
- Manage auditor allocation, calibration, and audit quality.
- Identify recurring quality issues and support improvement initiatives.
- Assist AI model improvement by sharing structured teaching insights.
- Collaborate with Teacher Training, Operations, Live Ops, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in EdTech, teaching, academic quality, training, or academic operations.
- Bachelor's degree required; B.Ed./M.Ed. or Math/Coding certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of online teaching and classroom quality.
- Good communication, coordination, and feedback skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
- Experience in teaching, session auditing, teacher coaching, or Math/Coding is preferred.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
