About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and promotional activities across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for marketing. This role involves assisting with campaign execution, event coordination, client communication, and administrative marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Support the coordination and management of events across Kerala.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Manage and respond to professional emails and inquiries.
- Maintain marketing records and databases.
- Coordinate travel-related arrangements for marketing activities when required.
- Support social media and digital marketing initiatives.
- Ensure smooth execution of on-ground marketing activities.
Requirements
- MBA (Marketing) or BBA degree from a recognized institution.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Strong coordination, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala when required.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Event coordination or promotional activity experience.
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Candidates based in Kochi or Calicut will be preferred.
