CIVIL DRAUGHTSMAN
Minimum 5 Years Experience required
* Prepare architectural, civil, working, GFC, and detailed construction drawings.
* Prepare K-SMART, building permit, occupancy, and other statutory approval drawings.
* Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, interior, and site teams for accurate and coordinated drawings.
* Revise drawings based on design changes, site requirements, and client inputs.
* Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, resolve drawing-related issues, and ensure execution as per approved drawings.
* Prepare as-built drawings after completion of works.
* Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and ensure timely delivery of accurate drawings.
* Lead the drafting team by allocating work, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
* Review, verify, and obtain internal approvals for all drawings before issue, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and coordination across all disciplines.
* Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, statutory regulations, and quality requirements in all drawings.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
