Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager to oversee hospital front office operations and ensure exceptional patient service. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in OPD management, patient registration, billing operations, and leading front office teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day front office and OPD operations.
- Lead, train, and monitor front office executives.
- Manage patient registration, appointments, admissions, and discharge coordination.
- Oversee cash and credit billing.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, and insurance/TPA teams.
- Resolve patient concerns and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Monitor daily collections, billing reports, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and NABH guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
- Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital front office/OPD management.
- Strong knowledge of OPD services, billing, and patient care.
- Experience in managing front office teams.
- Proficiency in HMS and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
