Restaurant Manager
Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Pan Asian restaurant. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing restaurants specializing in Japanese, Chinese, Korean, or other Pan Asian cuisines, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality, presentation, and timely service.
- Monitor restaurant sales, costs, inventory, and profitability.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Prior experience in Pan Asian restaurants, preferably Japanese, Chinese, or Korean cuisine establishments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of restaurant P&L, inventory control, and cost management.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in restaurant POS systems and MS Office.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working in premium dining, specialty restaurants, or hospitality brands.
- Knowledge of Japanese, Chinese, or Korean dining concepts and service standards.
- Ability to lead multicultural teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
