Job Description
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong graphic design skills to join our team in Greater Noida / Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns, social media management, paid advertising, content creation, and visual design.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Create engaging graphics, banners, social media creatives, and promotional materials
- Manage social media pages and improve audience engagement
- Run and optimize paid ads (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
- Coordinate SEO, email marketing, and website content updates
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools
- Develop brand awareness strategies and lead generation campaigns
- Work with sales and content teams to achieve marketing goals
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing
- Graphic designing skills using:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Experience with:
- Google Ads
- Meta/Facebook Ads
- SEO & SEM
- Email Marketing
- Content Creation
- Basic video editing skills preferred
- Good communication and creative thinking abilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field
- Certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus
- Portfolio of graphic design or marketing campaigns preferred
