Senior Manager - Vendor Management
Location: Gurgaon
- Build and manage sustainable and strong Forex Channel Partners network.
- Complies with company and Sales SOPs.
- Driving adoption of new vendor management.
- Develops a problem-solving culture where problems are fixed at the root cause.
- Effectively collaborates cross-functionally in assigned region and between peers.
- Need to be always ready to travel to centers to understand and solve problems.
- Meeting Forex Vendors to resolve issues and improve their work performance.
- Overseeing and providing analytical support for business optimization initiative.
- Timely troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as required.
- Identify probable risks and takes proactive steps in risk management.
- A graduate preferably with 5-10 years of experience in sales (financial/ e-commerce domains will be preferred)
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
- Intelligent, articulate, high-energy, and self-motivated
- Disciplined, enthusiastic, and intent focus on attention to detail.
- Candidate preferred from Gurgaon or ready to relocate
