Responsible for assisting in the Operation Theatre by preparing instruments, maintaining aseptic conditions, and supporting senior nurses and surgeons during procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing the OT before surgery.
- Arrange surgical instruments and equipment.
- Maintain sterile and clean conditions in the OT.
- Support doctors and senior nurses during operations.
- Clean and sterilize instruments after each procedure.
- Monitor and restock OT supplies as needed.
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols.
