Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Lead – Sales to oversee sales performance, operational efficiency, and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving institutional partnerships, managing daily sales operations, supporting business growth, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, institutions, and university partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutions, colleges, training centers, and university partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnership possibilities.
- Monitor lead generation activities and conversion performance.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients and partners.
- Develop strategic plans to improve admissions and business growth.

- Proven experience in handling Credit Transfer programmes will be an added advantage
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree/Equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Team Handling.
- Prior experience in EdTech, education consulting, or academic partnerships will be preferred.
- Good communication skill
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
