Roles & Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads for franchise opportunities through calls, emails, and marketing activities.
Promote the company’s franchise model to potential investors and business partners.
Conduct follow-ups and schedule meetings with interested prospects.
Explain franchise investment plans, business opportunities, and company support structure.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and franchise setup.
Achieve monthly business development and franchise sales targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good presentation and negotiation abilities
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Willingness to travel when required
