About the Role
Xpertise Technology is building an Enterprise AI Practice to help customers adopt AI solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT Business, Claude Business, Power Automate, and Zoho.
We are looking for enthusiastic graduates or junior engineers who are passionate about AI, automation, and software development. We value curiosity, strong technical skills, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support AI solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Business, Claude Business, and Azure OpenAI.
- Develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Build integrations using Python, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Zoho APIs.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
- Create technical documentation and assist with customer implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, SQL, and Git.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Passion for AI and continuous learning.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of the following is an advantage:
- Microsoft 365 / Azure
- Power Automate / Power Platform
- Azure OpenAI
- ChatGPT or Claude APIs
- Zoho APIs
- FastAPI, Flask, JavaScript, Docker
- GitHub projects or personal AI/automation projects
