Role & Responsibilities
Perform advanced trichology and Medi services, including Scalp Detox, Mesotherapy, and related treatments.
- Conduct client consultations and drive conversions for walk-ins and salon-referred clients, both on-site and in-salon.
- Maintain all treatment-related equipment, products, devices, and adhere to established clinical protocols.
- Train internal teams & re-train on new services, protocols, and product launches.
- Travel to designated stores and additional locations as required.
- Ensure all equipment is fully functional and compliant with sanitization and safety standards.
- Uphold high service and procedural standards to build client trust and achieve sales targets for treatment packages and retail products.
- Recommend appropriate retail products based on treatment needs.
- Conduct virtual/online consultations as needed.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
Doctor’s degree: BDS / BHMS / BAMS, with an additional Degree, Diploma, or Certification in Cosmetology or Trichology.
- Valid clinical practice license or state registration.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hair loss treatments, scalp health, or dermatology.
- Strong understanding of hair growth cycles, scalp disorders, and non-surgical hair loss treatments.
Preferred Skills
Excellent communication and client consultation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a premium spa or salon environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
