Key Responsibilities
- Students & parents ko inbound / outbound calls karna
- Courses, colleges, countries aur admission process ki basic information dena
- Student details collect karna & CRM / Excel me update karna
- Interested students ko counselor ke sath connect karna
- Follow-up calls karna (leads conversion ke liye)
- Daily call reports aur lead status maintain karna
- Polite, professional aur convincing communication rakhna
Required Skills & Qualities
- Confident calling & convincing power
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Target-oriented mindset
- Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain
- Experience in education telecalling = plus point
Eligibility
- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
