Sales Executive – Night Shift

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in handling customers, and a strong willingness to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products/services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide timely assistance.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable working in a night shift.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Sales, telecalling, counselling, or customer-service experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the Hatia, Jharkhand office.
