We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive / Account Executive with hands-on experience in an advertising or digital agency.
✔ Minimum 1+ year experience in ad / digital / creative agency (MANDATORY)
✔ Experience in handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously
✔ Strong coordination with design, content, and performance teams
✔ Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in advertising agency / digital agency / client servicing role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and fast-paced work environment
- Good understanding of branding, campaigns, and marketing communication
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a bridge between clients and internal creative/digital teams
- Take clear briefs and convert them into actionable tasks for teams
- Manage timelines, follow-ups, and delivery across multiple projects
- Coordinate execution of campaigns (social media, ads, creatives)
- Ensure quality of deliverables before sharing with clients
- Handle client communication, feedback, and revisions efficiently
- Support presentations, reports, and campaign updates
