SHIFT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues that arise
Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards
Manage inventory and place orders as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry or BHM or IHM
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or management is a plus

Quarterly Incentives and Annual Incentives - 45000 to 60000 per year
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
