Closing/Sourcing Sales Manager
Lead Generation & Sourcing
- Generate and qualify leads through referrals, channel partners, digital platforms, corporate tie-ups, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective buyers and investors.
- Develop relationships with brokers, channel partners, and referral networks.
- Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
- Arrange site visits and property presentations for prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Build long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
Sales & Closures
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales transactions.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contractual agreements.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to facilitate smooth deal closures.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and documentation.
