Crimson World School, Rudrapur is seeking a qualified and passionate PGT Physics Teacher to join our academic team. The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to create an engaging learning environment for senior secondary students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Physics to Senior Secondary classes in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and practical sessions.
- Conduct classroom teaching using interactive and student-centric methodologies.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance regularly.
- Maintain discipline and encourage positive learning behaviour in the classroom.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive exams wherever required.
- Participate in school academic activities, parent-teacher meetings, and staff meetings.
- Maintain records related to attendance, assessments, and academic progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum planning and academic improvement.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Master’s Degree in Physics (M.Sc Physics) from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) is mandatory.
- Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in a reputed school.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Strong understanding of CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology will be preferred.
