Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR administration, compliance, and employee engagement while ensuring a seamless employee experience.
This role is best suited for someone looking to build a strong foundation across multiple HR functions in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration

Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.

Assist with employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities.

Generate employee letters, contracts, and other HR-related documents.

Maintain attendance, leave records, and support payroll input preparation.

Ensure employee information is updated in the HRMS.
Recruitment Support

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media platforms.

Screen resumes and schedule interviews.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Assist in preparing offer letters and completing onboarding documentation.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Employee Engagement

Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.

Support employee communication and internal HR events.

Assist in conducting employee surveys and compiling feedback.
HR Support

Respond to employee queries related to attendance, leave, documentation, and HR policies.

Coordinate with internal departments for onboarding and employee support.

Assist with HR reports, dashboards, and other administrative tasks.

Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or HR Operations.

Familiarity with HRMS platforms (preferably Keka) is desirable.

Good understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes.

Familiarity with HR documentation and record management.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRMS tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred but not mandatory.
