Job Summary
The Assistant HR Manager supports the HR Manager in managing day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR administration. The role ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while contributing to a productive and positive work environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in manpower planning and recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate employee confirmation, transfers, promotions, and resignations.
- Handle employee exit formalities and full & final settlement.
Payroll & Compensation
- Verify attendance and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate monthly salary processing with the payroll team.
- Manage overtime, incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Ensure timely statutory deductions and salary-related compliance.
Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, CLRA, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers, notices, and employee records.
- Support internal and external compliance audits.
Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
- Support disciplinary actions in accordance with company policy.
- Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Performance Management & Training
- Coordinate performance appraisal activities.
- Identify training needs and organize learning programs.
- Maintain training records and monitor employee development.
HR Administration
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with department heads on staffing and HR requirements.
- Support organizational development initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, logistics, or industrial organizations is preferred.

Working Conditions
- Standard office hours with flexibility during payroll, recruitment, audits, or compliance deadlines.
- Occasional travel may be required for recruitment, training, or branch support.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
