THE ROLE
The CGO runs a wide, fast-moving portfolio — new export and OEM revenue, a fundraise, a municipal IoT business, a company-wide digital and automation push, organisational capability, and the marketing engine that feeds all of it. This role is the right hand to that portfolio: you take ownership of strategic projects across these areas, move them from idea to outcome, and keep the whole agenda on track. You will not own one neat function. You will own the hardest open problem on the list at any given time.
WHAT YOU’LL DRIVE
— New revenue, new markets — Run discovery, list-building and outbound for export geographies beyond our current markets and for OEM / white-label prospects. Help convert a new-revenue target into a working pipeline.
— Fundraise readiness — Keep the data room, investor deck and pipeline tracker sharp; turn diligence questions into clean answers; support the CGO and CFO through the raise.
— IoT / municipal pitch — Build the competitive and market intelligence that sharpens our smart-pump pitch to municipal and infrastructure buyers, and help move deals through their stages.
— Digital & automation — Map SOP-based workflows, scope automation with the tech team, and stand up live dashboards so the right number reaches the right person automatically.
— People & performance — Help run KPI dashboards and skill-gap tracking across functions, turning data into a clear monthly performance picture.
— Marketing as an engine — Coordinate execution so marketing output is measured against revenue and brand impact, not activity.
