Branch Admin – Medical Equipment Company
Job Summary:
The Branch Admin is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the branch, ensuring smooth coordination between Sales, Service, Logistics, Finance, and HR while maintaining accurate records and supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily branch administrative activities.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for stock availability and dispatches.
- Maintain inventory records and asset registers.
- Coordinate with the service team for installation, preventive maintenance, and service calls.
- Maintain customer records, service reports
- Handle branch petty cash, expense records, and vendor bills.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for collections, payments, and customer outstanding reports.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and other HR-related documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of branch reports to the Head Office.
- Handle courier management, office supplies, housekeeping, and facility management.
- Maintain statutory and company records as per organizational policies.
- Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and customers regarding deliveries, installations, and service schedules.
- Update CRM/ERP (e.g., Odoo) with customer details, orders, and service information.
- Support audits and ensure proper document filing.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP/CRM software (preferably Odoo).
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing processes.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of administrative experience (experience in the medical device/healthcare industry is preferred).
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with medical equipment such as CPAP/BiPAP devices, oxygen concentrators, ventilators, or other healthcare products.
- Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and service coordination.
- Experience in coordinating with sales and biomedical service engineers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
