Civil Engineer (Site Supervision & Billing)
Position: Site Engineer
Experience Required: 3-5 years of relevant experience
Location: Pune (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily site operations.
- Monitor material usage and inventory.
- Plan, track, and ensure adherence to work schedules.
- Prepare, and maintain RA (Running Account) Bills.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
- Ensure quality standards and site safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in site execution and billing.
- Experience in preparing and managing RA bills.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
- Proven record of working on residential projects.
- Pune based candidate only.
Good to have:
- Work experience at a contracting firm.
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
