About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, passionate, and learner-focused English Language Trainer who can make learning English simple, interactive, and enjoyable.
This role goes beyond teaching grammar. You'll be responsible for helping learners build confidence in speaking English through engaging live classes, interactive activities, regular practice, and continuous motivation.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging live online English classes on Zoom for learners across different age groups and proficiency levels.
- Teach Spoken English from basic to advanced using practical and easy-to-understand methods.
- Plan and conduct regular activities for speaking, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, spelling, listening, and confidence building.
- Check student assignments, provide constructive feedback, and track learner progress.
- Conduct quizzes, speaking challenges, role-plays, discussions, and other interactive activities on a daily basis.
- Encourage learners to stay consistent, participate actively, and complete their course successfully.
- Support students by resolving their learning doubts and helping them overcome language barriers.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve learning experience and student engagement.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
- Proven experience teaching Spoken English online through Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
- Experience teaching learners from diverse backgrounds, including students, working professionals, homemakers, job seekers, and beginners.
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.
- Strong classroom management and learner engagement skills.
- Ability to simplify complex grammar concepts into practical everyday English.
- Passion for conducting highly interactive and activity-based sessions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage assignments, learner progress, and class records efficiently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
