- Over all responsible for all the production related activities at various sections/departments.
- Estimate Cost and prepare Budgets
- To ensure the smooth functioning of each and every department.
- Follow-up with PPC, Store & Purchase for availability of brought-out items.
- To ensure the availability of man, material and machinery on shop floor to meet the targets of the organization.
- Team motivation and coordination of interlinked departments.
- To handle customer inspections, testing and other inspections like ARAI/COP.
- To handle special projects, VA / VE initiative and new product development.
- To ensure the continuous improvement in process and product.
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personal, quality inspectors, workers etc.
- To ensure 100% on time delivery of product with zero defect.
- Implement lean manufacturing initiatives and cost reduction drive at plant level.
- To build a culture of improvement, Kaizen, safety, employee engagement activities
- To maintain excellent 5S in plant.
- Special focus on EHS activities.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
