Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
- Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, and joining documentation.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee personal files and HR records.
- Maintain employee database and HRMIS records.
- Handle employee ID cards and personnel documentation.
- Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee records.
Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and shift reports.
- Coordinate with departments regarding attendance discrepancies.
- Maintain leave balances and prepare attendance reports.
Payroll Support
- Assist in preparing monthly payroll inputs.
- Verify attendance, overtime, incentives, leave deductions, and statutory deductions.
- Coordinate with the Accounts department for payroll processing.
Statutory Compliance
- Assist in maintaining records related to PF, ESI, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain employee compliance documentation as per labour laws.
Employee Relations
- Address routine employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare initiatives.
- Support disciplinary processes and documentation when required.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
- Maintain recruitment, manpower, attrition, absenteeism, and leave reports.
- Generate reports using Excel and HR software.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
