Job Summary
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in providing end-user technical support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in End-User Support, Linux Administration, and iOS/macOS Support, along with excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, Linux systems, and iOS/macOS devices.
- Resolve hardware, software, and end-user issues within SLA timelines.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
- Document and track incidents using ticketing tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
