Job Summary
Subject Matter Expert for SCM Vendor Master - MDM services for US based Client operations
Key Responsibilities
Validation of VMR Form & Documents - Verify all required documents before processing the request.
Vendor Creation in SAP - Create employee/vendor accounts as needed.
Vendor Modification in SAP - Update existing vendor details based on requests.
Blocking/Unblocking Vendors - Perform blocking/unblocking using transaction XK05 when required.
SOX Audit Support - Support audits by explaining processes and providing required documents.
Monthly Tracking & Reporting - Share volume and performance metrics with client on a monthly basis.
Skill Requirements
Relevant Experience
1. 3-5 Year experience
2. Good analytical skills
3. Advanced excel and ppt skills
4. ERP (SAP)
5. Good Communication skills
Education
1. Any graduation (Engineering or Non-Engineering)
Critical Skill
1. Shhoud have analytical skills (written & verbal)
2. Shoud have good communication skills
3. Knowledge in ERP system (SAP preferred)
4. Advanced MS Excel and PPT skills
