We are looking for a Civil draughtman/civil engineer to join our team to design and execute industrial buildings . The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 plus project wise incentive against time and cost .
Key Responsibilities
1. layout, reading structural /architectural drawings in meter and feet , bar bending schedule
2. manage sub contractor and labour contractor
3. staff coordination and manage vendor
4. sites supervise work as per standard specification drawing design plans with quantity and quality
5. layout, reading structural drawings , bar bending schedule
6. Meet clients and understand their industrial site and their preferences.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must have a strong knowledge of project, detailing of all industrial construction items .
