Sales Executive (Customer Support & BFSI Sales)
Location: Noida Sector 2
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Freshers Welcome)
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and target-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting financial products such as Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and other BFSI products, while also assisting customers by resolving their queries and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
This opportunity is ideal for freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of sales or customer support experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through calls and follow up on assigned leads.
- Promote and sell financial products including Personal Loans and Credit Cards.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, charges, and EMI details.
- Respond to customer queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize lead conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing and approvals.
- Escalate customer issues to the concerned team whenever required.
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Eligibility
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 6 months of experience in Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Credit Cards, Loans, Telecalling, or BFSI Sales will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving ability.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
