- Responsible for troubleshooting and fixing Major Network issues
- Work on the vulnerabilities pointed out by various agencies such as OEM, CERT, SOC, ISD, network department / other departments, government agencies
- User Account Management: Configuring user authentication through TACACS or RADIUS servers 9)
- Configuring authentication protocols that are available in Network/server devices OS (like PAP, CHAP and AAA)
- Implementing encrypted password management mechanisms on all supported devices Implementing privilege rights based on user rights for controlled access.
- Ensuring security against asynchronous terminals, such as console terminals and from integrated modem Knowledge on Routing to perform end to end route check.
- Incident Problem Management - Tracking and Co-ordination of all incidents / problems till resolution. Enable workaround to address the probable causes of failure.
- Good communication and presenting skills.

Technical co-ordination with the OEM support in the event of any Technology assistance
Skills Required
§ Developing requirements for Data Centre LANs, WANs, virtual private networks (VPNs)
§ Expertise knowledge in Cisco/ Juniper Products (Nexus 9K, ACI, Cisco FTD, Router switches)
§ Hands on experience on SDN CISCO ACI.
§ Hands on experience on Fortinet, IPS, Checkpoint Firewall Cisco FTD.
§ Exceptional problem solving, issue resolution and customer service skills.
§ Comfortable working in a highly matrix environment.
§ Good communication and presenting skills.
§ Motivated and proactive and ready to take more challenges.
§ Knowledge of ITIL concepts.
Qualifications:
§ Minimum qualification should be B.E / B. Tech/ MCA/ BCA/ BSc(IT)/ MSc(IT)
§ Minimum 8 years managing Data Centre Network devices such as router/switches and Firewall/IPS Center Firewall/IPS Devices
§ Certification – CCNP, CCIE/ JNCIE preferred.
§ Must have ability to support flexible schedule in support of 7x24 operations.
§ Self-motivated, excellent work ethic, goal oriented and strong team player.
§ Strong written and oral communication skills.
§ Able to work off hours when needed
§ Knowledge of ITIL framework.
