Summary:
We are looking for a skilled, hygienic, and hardworking Cook to prepare nutritious meals for our hostel students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare wholesome, delicious, and hygienic meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, and Dinner) for bulk quantities (approx. [250] students).
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen sanitation.
- Manage the kitchen inventory, track grocery supplies, and report shortages to the warden.
- Ensure timely preparation and serving of food.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of cooking experience in hostels, institutional canteens, or restaurants.
- Ability to cook multi-cuisine (North/South Indian) and bulk quantities efficiently.
- A food handler's medical certificate or culinary diploma is an added advantage.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and organized.
