Job Overview
We are a leading glass manufacturing company seeking a motivated, tech-savvy, and articulate Inside Sales Executive (Fresher) to join our internal commercial team. Operating entirely from our office, you will be the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries, qualify leads, and drive remote sales growth for our glass product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential B2B buyers (architects, builders, contractors, fabricators) using online directories and LinkedIn.
- Inbound Management: Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, website forms, and WhatsApp Business.
- Outbound Pitching: Conduct cold calls and email campaigns to introduce our glass products to prospective business clients.
- Virtual Consultations: Educate clients on technical glass specifications, thicknesses, coatings, and applications via video calls or phone.
- Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare accurate price quotes, share product catalogs, negotiate terms, and follow up closely to close deals.
- Internal Coordination: Work tightly with the production, billing, and logistics teams to confirm stock availability and track order fulfillment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduate, 12th Pass
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience (Fresh graduates with great communication skills are welcome).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Technical Comfort: High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for quoting) and comfort learning CRM tools.
- Phone Etiquette: Professional telephone handling skills, an active listening mindset, and a persuasive speaking style.
Salary :- On the basis of Interview
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
