Position: Lecturer – Electrical Engineering

Job Summary
The Electrical Engineering Lecturer is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting laboratory sessions, guiding student projects, and contributing to the academic development of the Electrical Engineering department. The lecturer will ensure effective learning outcomes for diploma or degree students in electrical engineering subjects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Academic Duties
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions in Electrical Engineering subjects such as Electrical Machines, Power Systems, Network Theory, Control Systems, and Basic Electronics.
- Prepare lesson plans, lecture notes, and teaching materials.
- Conduct internal assessments, class tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
2. Laboratory & Practical Training
- Supervise practical laboratory sessions.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical lab equipment.
- Guide students in experiments, projects, and technical activities.
3. Student Guidance
- Mentor students for academic improvement and career guidance.
- Supervise final year projects, seminars, and industrial training.
- Encourage participation in technical events, workshops, and competitions.
4. Curriculum & Academic Development
- Assist in syllabus planning and curriculum development.
- Update teaching materials according to latest technology and industry requirements.
- Participate in departmental meetings and academic planning.
5. Institutional Responsibilities
- Maintain attendance, academic records, and reports.
- Participate in college committees, seminars, and workshops.
- Support admission activities, placement activities, and institutional development programs.
Qualification
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering (Minimum)
- M.Tech in Electrical Engineering preferred
- Teaching or industry experience will be an advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Laboratory handling and project guidance skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,810.20 - ₹20,000.00 per month
