Position: Guest Service Associate (Team Member)
Job Location: Patiala, Punjab Qualification:
Graduation is mandatory (Any Graduate)
Salary Details: ₹13,000 to 15,000 (In-hand) + EPF & ESIC
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve beverages & food items as per brand standards
Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a great café experience
Handle billing and POS operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café
Manage stock and assist in inventory control
Follow SOPs and safety guidelines at all times
Work in shifts and coordinate with team members
Shift Details: 9 hours rotational shift
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
