Title: Veterinarian Onboarding Executive / Intern (Telecalling) - Gurgaon
VETICIAN is building a verified directory of practising veterinarians in India, so any pet owner or livestock keeper can find a vet who is genuinely qualified and registered. We build the listings from state veterinary council registers, so a vet's name, qualification and location are already there. What is missing is a way to reach them, which the vet fixes by claiming the listing.
Your job is to call those vets and help them claim it. Everybody on your list is a registered practitioner whose record we already hold. You are telling a doctor their profile exists and walking them through a short verification. Nothing is being sold.
- Telecalling Intern: ₹5,000 to ₹15,000 a month, depending on your skills. Students and freshers welcome. We train you on the pitch, the objections and the tracker. Same daily dial target as everybody else.
- Telecalling Executive: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 a month, depending on experience and skills. Prior telecalling, sales or customer-calling experience expected. You own a conversion number and not just a dial count, take the harder calls interns hand over, and mentor interns as the team grows.
What you will do:
- Call vets from our list and explain what VETICIAN is, plainly.
- Walk them through the claim: a one-time code on their phone, they verify it, they choose what is shown, we approve it.
- Follow up on WhatsApp, and update the call log and tracker the same day.
- Escalate what you cannot answer. Clinical, legal and money questions go straight up.
The numbers:
Starter targets, adjusted after two weeks of real data:
- At least 200 dial attempts a day.
- 70 to 90 connected conversations a day.
- 20 to 30 vets onboarded a week.
We set these with you, not at you.
What we are looking for:
- Fluent Hindi and English, and the Hinglish in between. Most of these calls switch language mid-sentence.
- Courtesy and confidence on the phone with senior professionals.
- Basic spreadsheet discipline.
The details:
- Location: Unit 904, VLPL Avenue 83, Sector 83, Gurgaon. On-site; all calling happens from the office.
- Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Hours: 10:00 in the morning to 6:00 in the evening.
Pay: ₹5,657.88 - ₹25,286.86 per month
