Job Title: General Manager – Architecture

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced General Manager – Architecture to lead the design and coordination of large-scale residential, commercial, high-rise, township, and villa development projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design development and consultant coordination across all project stages.
- Manage concept design, approvals, design development, material/specification finalization, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and other consultants for seamless project delivery.
- Conduct design reviews, site visits, clash detection, value engineering, and change management.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Branding, and Management teams to align project objectives.
- Develop conceptual designs for new residential and commercial developments.
- Handle in-house architectural design for projects where external consultants are not engaged.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in Real Estate, Architectural Consultancy, PMC, or Developer organizations.
- Strong expertise in DCR, NBC, building codes, and design regulations.
- Proven experience in Grade-A commercial high-rises, luxury residential projects, townships, and master planning.
- Experience managing local, national, and international design consultants.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
