Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Handle purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements
- Maintain ledger accounts and financial records accurately
- Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and vendors when required
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up for collections
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts records
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
Education & Experience Requirements:
· Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Relevant experience in accounting preferred
· Experience: 2 to 3 years.
