Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or MBA Finance in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Proven experience working as an accountant, preferably in the agrochemical or manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally ERP 9 or prime , or similar).
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues independently.
8. Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes for the agrochemical plant office.
2. Generate purchase orders (POs) for raw materials, equipment, and other necessary supplies in accordance with company procedures.
3. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
4. Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and records.
5. Prepare and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
6. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for payment collection and resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
7. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
8. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
