Telecaller – Address & Order Confirmation
Responsible for contacting customers to confirm their delivery address and verify order details before dispatch. Ensure accurate customer information, resolve any discrepancies, and update records in the system. Maintain clear and professional communication while providing excellent customer service. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
