Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Documentation & Deployment Executive to support HR operations, employee documentation, deployment coordination, and international recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, experience in HR documentation processes, and the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
The role involves handling employee onboarding documentation, visa and deployment coordination, HR operational support, recruitment process assistance, and maintaining accurate employee records for domestic and international placements.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Documentation & Operations
- Prepare, verify, and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle onboarding and joining formalities for employees and candidates.
- Maintain digital and physical employee files with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Coordinate offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, and other HR documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
- Update HR databases, trackers, and MIS reports regularly.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance coordination, and leave records.
- Assist in employee engagement and HR administrative activities.
Deployment Coordination
- Coordinate employee deployment processes for domestic and international assignments.
- Track deployment schedules, travel arrangements, and joining status.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding document submission and deployment timelines.
- Ensure all mandatory documents are completed before deployment.
- Liaise with operations and recruitment teams for smooth mobilization.
International Recruitment Support
- Assist in sourcing and coordinating candidates for international recruitment requirements.
- Screen candidate documents and verify eligibility criteria.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and recruitment teams/clients.
- Support visa processing documentation and compliance requirements.
- Follow up with candidates regarding recruitment status and documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations, HR documentation, recruitment coordination, or deployment support.
- Experience in international recruitment or overseas deployment will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of HR documentation and employee records management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Salary
As per industry standards / based on experience.
