About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding business opportunities in Digital Marketing Services, Website Development, Mobile Application Development, Web Applications, CRM/ERP Solutions, Custom Software Development, and other IT Services.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, proposal development, and closing high-value deals within the IT and Digital Marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, Cold Calling, Email Marketing, Networking, and other sales channels.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Qualify leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Client Meetings & Presentations
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and business proposals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
Proposal Writing & Documentation
- Create customized proposals, quotations, SOWs (Statement of Work), and project estimations.
- Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to prepare accurate project scopes and timelines.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and follow-ups.
Account Management
- Build strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing, Development, Design, and Project Management teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.
- Mentor junior sales executives and support business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or Business Development will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven experience in selling digital marketing and software development services.
- Strong experience in international and domestic client acquisition.
